Enrollment at Kellie’s Academy for Kids

We accept children from ages 6 weeks to 14 years old. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We offer and are licensed for three components in our program. Infants, ages 6 weeks to 2 years old, Preschool, ages 2 through 6, and our School Age program ages 5 through 14 years of age.

Registration: There is a non-refundable registration fee payable upon initial enrollment and annually thereafter during fall enrollment.

Supplies Needed:
Infants & Preschoolers:

• At least one complete change of clothes (seasonally appropriate).
• Sheet and blanket for children that attend full days.
• A lunch.
• Jackets when needed.
• Sunblock

Everything needs to be labeled clearly with your child’s name.
In addition, infants and toddlers need:

• Diapers and wipes
• 2 extra sheets and blankets
• Enough bottles for a full day, prepared and labeled with child’s name.
• Breakfast and lunch
• Extra clothes

Tuition and Enrollment Fees: The enrollment fees include the registration fee and one-week tuition to be credited to the last week that your child attends. All enrollment fees are non-refundable. Tuition payments are due Monday for the week in advance. For students attending part-time, tuition is due on your child’s first day of the week. There is a charge, as outlined in the current fee schedule, for checks that are late. All additional fees are also outlined in the current tuition fee schedule.
Tuition Policy – The regular weekly tuition always applies regardless of days missed due to illness or days we are closed due to holidays, emergency closures, disciplinary or medical exclusions.

Vacation: You may use two weeks of vacation during the school year, September to mid-June, and one week in the summer, from mid-June to September 1st. You will not be charged your weekly tuition for vacation weeks. Vacation must be taken in weekly increments based on your weekly enrollment. Weekly increments are considered Monday through Friday only, as opposed to a Wednesday through Wednesday. You must notify us in writing one week prior to your planned vacation time. If you need to bring your child one day during the vacation week, you will be billed the add-on day charge along with using a vacation week.
